You took an Intro. You watched the videos. You finally feel like you get the hype about Internal Family Systems.
And then you’re in the room with a real client and it’s like…
You’re trying to work with “parts” but you’re not sure what to do. So you do what all of us do when we don’t have a map: you improvise.
Sometimes it works ok. Other times you leave session thinking, “Was that IFS… or was that just me asking questions until the hour ended?”
A lot of clinicians are stuck in IFS limbo: You’re IFS-curious. You want to do it well. You don’t want to do anything out of scope.
And perhaps a larger training isn’t accessible (or it’s booked out/waitlisted, way too expensive, or not in your timeline right now).
So you’re left trying to build skill from:
podcasts, Instagram posts, screenshots, and vibes.
Which is… not a training plan.
You can feel when this approach would help.
You see clients who are:

InFuSion is a 15-week live IFS Skills Lab for clinicians who want to move past “I get IFS” into “I can actually use this in my sessions next week.”
It’s designed as the bridge between an Intro training and real-session fluency - especially for IFS-curious clinicians who don’t want to wait for Level 1 to start building skill.
You’ll begin with a FREE on-demand 3-hour Intro to IFS, then join our weekly live lab where you’ll build clinical muscle through teaching, discussion, demos, and practice around:
Recordings are available if you miss a session.
Because “cool concept” isn’t the goal— usable in-session skills is.
When you join InFuSion, you’ll also get:
Session Language Library: scripts + wording for trailheads, unblending, protector fears, and polarizations
Meditation Scripts: Exile Inventory, Campfire Protectors, + more
Pacing Scripts: what to say to slow down safely and keep sessions moving
Never miss a session: uploaded for replay if you miss live or want to rewatch and practice
Access for 6 months: Take your time with replays...and replay again...and again till it sticks.
Private online community with threaded discussions so you can ask questions, share wins, and troubleshoot stuck moments
Direct input from me in the threads (I’ll be in there commenting, clarifying, and offering “try this next” guidance)
Practice Triads: coached reps in a small group
Group Consultation: bring cases + get “what do I do next?” support
1:1 Consultation: pick my brain and working through your toughest session challenges.
If you can’t get into a big, time-intensive institute training right now (or it’s not in your budget/timeline), it’s easy to assume the answer is: “I’ll just wait.”
But clients aren’t waiting.
They’re showing up right now with shame spirals, anxiety urgency, shutdown, inner critics, and internal tug-of-wars - and you’re trying to help with a model you understand conceptually, but don’t yet feel fluent using.
That doesn’t mean you’re not cut out for it.
It means you’re missing the bridge between Intro and real-session fluency: practice, repetition, and a clear map.
InFuSion is that bridge.

Let me guess: you’ve read the book, watched the videos, took an Intro… and then you tried it in session and suddenly you were like:
“Wow, I am deeply unsure what to do with this… in real time… with a real human.”
I get it.
Because it’s one thing to understand the concepts. It’s another thing to:
InFuSion is where that turns into muscle memory.
You’ve taken an Intro (or watched enough content to be dangerous), and you’re thinking:
“This feels like it could be incredibly helpful… but I’m not sure how to start without making it weird.”
InFuSion is for you if you want:
You don’t need to be advanced. You just need a map and reps.
You’ve read a book. You’ve taken an Intro. You’ve tried “parts language” in session.
And sometimes it’s beautiful.
Other times you’re like: “Cool… we’re circling… and I don’t know what question comes next.”
InFuSion is for you if you want:
You’re not doing it wrong. You just need structure + practice.

You won’t be doing this alone between Mondays.
You’ll have a private online community where you can post questions in threads (the “what do I say next?” moments), get feedback, and learn from everyone’s real-life cases.
I’ll be in there too—commenting, answering, and giving you practical next steps.
And yes: every live session is recorded, so you can replay, pause, take notes, and actually integrate.
When you enroll in the full InFuSion program, every week you'll get a combination of:
Live teaching + discussion (so you understand the skill and why it works)
Guided demos (what it sounds like in real therapist language)
Experiential practice (so it becomes clinical muscle memory)
Troubleshooting + Q&A (your real “what do I do next?” moments)
A take-it-to-session plan (how to use the skill with clients this week)
By the end of InFuSion, you’ll feel:
Clearer on what to listen for and where to start (no more “umm… maybe we explore that?”)
More confident about what to ask next when sessions stall
Better paced in deeper work (less overwhelm, less spinning)
More fluent using IFS-informed skills in your existing clinical style
Included with your enrollment:
Weekly recordings for replay (miss a session? want to rewatch? done.)
Private online community with threads for questions + stuck points
My input in the comments as you practice
Scripts + language banks for asking unblending questions, working with protector fears, polarizations, and the 6Fs
Guided meditation scripts (Exile Inventory, Campfire Protectors, and more)
Optional add-ons (additional cost):
Practice Triads (extra reps + real-time coaching)
Group consultation (case-based support)

Hi, I’m Sarah Czopek, LCPC— IFS Level 3 Certified, EMDR Certified, and the founder of Grace & Gratitude Counseling, where I lead a values-driven group practice and supervise early-career clinicians working to find their voice in the therapy room.
I’m also a Program Assistant for the IFS Institute, which means I don’t just use IFS—I help support the learning process inside the formal training world, and I care a lot about teaching the model in a way that is ethical, paced, and actually usable in real sessions.
I created InFuSion because it’s exactly what I wished existed when I first fell in love with IFS.
When I started learning IFS, I didn’t struggle with believing in the model—I struggled with translating it into the moments that matter:
When a client is swallowed by shame.
When anxiety gets loud and urgent.
When a protective part shuts everything down.
When two sides of the client are at war and you don’t want to pick a winner.
When you’re sitting there thinking, “I understand the concepts… but what do I ask next?”
And honestly? The current training bottleneck makes that gap worse. So many clinicians are IFS-curious and ready—but can’t get into trainings right now (or don’t want to wait to start building skill).
Years later—after supervising and training clinicians and watching the same “IFS confidence gaps” show up over and over—I realized we don’t need more inspirational content or another list of concepts.
We need a skills lab.
Something human, skillful, and real.
Something that gives you language, structure, and reps—so you feel steady in the room, not just smart about IFS.
That’s where InFuSion comes in.
With over a decade of clinical experience, a deeply relational lens, and advanced training in IFS, I built InFuSion to offer clear, therapist-to-therapist guidance—the kind that speaks to the real moments between:
“This part is taking over,” and “Okay, now we’ve got space.”
Between “I don’t know,” and “Oh—that’s what’s happening.”
Between “I’m trying IFS,” and “I can actually do this.”
InFuSion is for you (or your team) if you want to bring IFS into your work with more confidence, clarity, and courage—without waiting for years to finally feel fluent.
You’re doing great.
Let’s give you the map and the practice to feel it—consistently.
This program is for you if:
This program might not be the right fit if:
Imagine not having to piece IFS together from books, podcasts, screenshots, and vibes.
Imagine having a simple map for “what to do next” when clients are stuck in anxiety, shutdown, self-criticism, or inner conflict.
Imagine feeling grounded enough that you can lead—even when things get tender, intense, or weird.
That’s the goal of InFuSion: stop waiting, start practicing, and build skills you can use immediately.
